BG Ferrokrom factory opened
As part of the activities of our Mining Group within the Gürsoy Group, the BG Ferrokrom factory, which has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of high-carbon ferrochrome, commenced production activities in August 2024.
Müessese Food and Beverage Services Inc. was established
Our food company, Müessese, which is part of the Gürsoy Group, began operations in 2023.
At Müessese, we aim to offer our customers delicious and innovative dining experiences. We provide solutions tailored to every taste and need for catering services, F&B management, and special events.
Restoration of Hagia Sophia Mosque begins
Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, began restoration work on the Hagia Sophia Mosque in 2023.
Restoration work on the minaret and dome of the mosque is ongoing. Interventions in the structure are continuing in accordance with the Project Approved by the Board, the Expert Scientific Board, and the Administration’s decisions.
Pilstop was established
Our energy company Pilstop, part of the Gürsoy Group, began operations in 2023.
Pilstop continues to offer 100% local and national solutions in the field of electric vehicle charging technologies.
Restoration of Edirne Selimiye Mosque has begun
Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, began restoration work on the Selimiye Mosque in Edirne in 2021.
Work is continuing throughout the mosque. Interventions in the building are continuing in accordance with the Project Approved by the Board, the Expert Scientific Board, and the Administration’s decisions.
Construction of Büyük Çamlıca Mosque completed
The Büyük Çamlıca Mosque, whose construction was started in 2013 by Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, was completed in 2019 and opened for worship.
In addition to the mosque, the complex includes a museum, art gallery, library, conference hall, art workshop, and parking lot, making the Büyük Çamlıca Mosque one of Istanbul’s new landmarks.
Venezia Outlet Mall has opened
Construction of Venezia Outlet began in 2011, and it was completed and opened to the public in 2015.
Bringing world-famous brands’ outlet stores to Istanbul’s European side, Venezia Outlet stands out as “Istanbul’s most stylish Italian.” Venezia Outlet, where the dream of Venice comes true, also features the famous St. Mark’s Square. Surrounded by dining areas and lined with world-renowned brands, Venezia Outlet is adorned with famous Venetian canals and offers the unique experience of shopping by gondola.
The Gürsoy Foundation was established
Gürsoy Group established the Gürsoy Education, History, Culture, and Solidarity Foundation as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
Restoration of Süleymaniye Mosque completed
The restoration of the Süleymaniye Mosque, which was started in 2007 by Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, was completed in 2013.
Blackgreen was established
Our company Blackgreen, which produces high-carbon ferrochrome within the Gürsoy Group, was established in 2013.
Vialand has opened
VİALAND, the first shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle complex in the world and in Turkey to combine a theme park with a shopping and entertainment center, opened its doors to visitors on May 26, 2013, with an investment value of $650 million.
Şehrekmek was established
Established in 2006 as a bread producer in the Konya region under the Gürsoy Group, Şehrekmek now has a production capacity of over 200,000 loaves of bread, providing the people of Konya with healthy and high-quality bread.
Miniatürk construction completed
Miniatürk, whose construction began in 2001 by Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, was completed in 2003.
Gürmak Railway Company was established
Gürmak Railway, a subsidiary of Gürsoy Group, was established.
With its roots in hot forging manufacturing, Gürmak has proven itself as Turkey’s first domestic railway connection parts manufacturer and has continued to supply products to the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) since 1997, expanding its product range. Additionally, it has begun exporting beyond Turkey’s borders and has become a leading and strong company in the international arena.
Feshane restoration completed
The restoration of Feshane, which was started in 1998 by Güryapı, a member of the Gürsoy Group, was completed in the same year.
As part of the restoration work, the foundation was reinforced and the steel columns were repaired. The main entrance gate, one of the most important architectural elements of the building’s facade, was reconstructed using its original parts to fill in the missing sections. Today, it serves as an international exhibition, conference, and cultural center.
Gürsoy Group was established
Gürsoy Group, which supports our country’s local and national development initiative with more than 20 companies in 8 sectors and thousands of employees, began its activities in 1988.
